I felt incredibly fortunate to present my CAT model of abuse at the recent International Cognitive Analytic Therapy Association (ICATA) conference. Having been a CAT therapist for 20 years I felt privileged to present as a keynote speaker to an international audience of CAT therapists. I’d like to thank everyone who was there and especially all those who spoke to me afterwards, sharing personal and clinical stories. It has motivated me to continue spreading the word about my work.

I’m still processing all the presentations and chats from the conference. Hearing the varied work being done around the world, bringing CAT to ever new areas with such intelligence and compassion was truly inspiring. I’m hoping to be able to continue conversations started in Athens for many years.
